Shipping policy

• THECOZYCANDLE.COM only ships within the United States. If you would like to ship to multiple locations, you must place a separate order for each address. Please note: we do not ship internationally at this time.

• USPS is our preferred carrier. If you are unable to provide a physical address, please provide your PO Box.

• Orders typically process and begin shipping within 1 - 3 business days, excluding weekends + holidays. During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays), processing times may increase.

• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Shipping transit time depends on the shipping location + the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipments within the contiguous US arrive in 5 - 8 business days, while shipments to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 5 - 10 business days. We only offer Standard and Economy shipping at this time.
• Standard is 5-8 business days and Economy is 3-5 business days.
