Refund policy


FULL-PRICE ITEMS

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Cozy Candle Shoppe, LLC purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, The Cozy Candle Shoppe is happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 14 days of your delivery date. Only items that have been purchased directly from THECOZYCANDLE.COM can be returned. The Cozy Candle Shoppe, LLC merchandise purchased through another retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective return policy.

DAMAGES

If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email thecozycandleshoppe@gmail.com within 14 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage
Please note: Once the product is removed from its protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.

TO PROCESS A RETURN:

Please email thecozycandleshoppe@gmail.com. We ask that you have your order number ready. Please reference your emailed The Cozy Candle Shoppe, LLC order confirmation to locate this. Product returned to The Cozy Candle Shoppe, LLC without prior authorization is subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for ALL return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process the refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

All products marked on sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

BULK ORDERS:

All bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
